Nyumbani Prime means "home" in Swahili. We're building the home of African rentals — starting in Kenya, expanding across the continent.
Finding a home shouldn't feel like a gamble. We built Nyumbani Prime because too many renters end up dealing with fake listings, hidden costs and unverified middlemen. And too many landlords struggle to reach serious tenants without paying enormous broker fees.
Our marketplace verifies every account, makes every cost transparent, and connects the people who matter — directly. We charge a small fee per listing (KES 50 in Kenya, USD 3 outside Africa) and nothing else. No commission. No surprise charges.
What's next
We're rolling out across major African cities, adding multilingual support (Swahili, French, Portuguese), and building features that matter: smart search, AI location insights, in-app messaging, and a trusted moving services marketplace.
