Every agency, broker, landlord and mover passes ID + selfie verification before listing. Verified badges shown on every profile and listing.
Reviewed listings
Listings are reviewed for accuracy. Suspicious photos, prices or contact info are flagged automatically and manually.
Secure payments
Payments are processed through M-Pesa, Stripe (cards), and Google Pay. We never store your card details.
Easy reporting
Every listing has a Report button. Fake listings, scams or wrong information are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
Direct contact
Talk to verified landlords and movers via call, WhatsApp or in-app messaging — without ever exposing your private details by default.
Privacy by design
Face-verification photos are stored privately and never shown publicly. Used only for account integrity.
Formal disputes
For serious disputes that cannot be resolved between users, we partner with an independent mediation service. Your complaint will be handled formally and transparently.
